Introducing the Commonwealth Blend: a handcrafted blend of Central American, Indonesian, and African coffees, roasted for friends and family both near and far.
This coffee has a very balanced flavor that leans sweet, spicy, and chocolaty. It can be dialed in for any brew method, and is especially good as espresso.
"Commonwealth" harkens back to the early Americans' desire to form communities of governance meant to serve the good of their neighbors.

Quality stuff right here. More of a light roast fan personally, but the flavors are there with this blend. Process for me most days is... Coffee. On. Water. In. Pour over. Done.
But seriously, this is excellent coffee. Locally roasted and always fresh. I have also seen the man who roasts the coffee at work. Very detailed and loves what he does. He can be trusted to put care into every bag.
I enjoy the coffee and the wonderful delivery service.
