Passionate about Coffee and Service

As a culmination of a 5-year hobby and long-standing love for foodservice, I opened my own roastery October of this year! My hope in doing so is to first serve friends and family with affordable, fresh-roasted, artisan coffees for brewing at home. I am also aiming to serve cafes, restaurants, catering, and hospitality businesses with customized wholesale prices and unique coffee blends.

Thanks to local governmental allowances and provisions, I have been able to set this business up with very low overhead. This means that I can sell my coffee at reasonable prices when compared to other, local, small batch roasters.

I consider foodservice a gift from God, as I thoroughly enjoy serving people, and the process of cooking, in this case roasting, is so much fun! This endeavor has been a good way for me to steward my gifts, talents, and resources. Additionally, being newly married and still a student, the built-in flexibility allows me to continue my studies full-time and continue other extra-curricular activities.
